Welcome to the All Saints Pantomime Society page.
The Society is an inclusive group of people who get together, mainly in the Autumn and Winter, to put on a pantomime for both the local neighbourhood and surrounding areas.
Started over 20 years ago, it has developed into a thriving community in it’s own right with a great social gathering of individuals and families being involved in many different ways from being on stage through to set construction and manning the bar during performances.
Our productions have been many and varied ranging from the traditional tales of Sleeping Beauty and Little Red Riding Hood to the more eclectic titles of Ali the Barber meets Dr Who and The Good, the Bad and the Cider. All the scripts are original compositions created by either individuals or a group of like-
Should this interest you and you’d like to be involved, be it in any way at all, please contact one of the committee whose details may be found in the contacts section.
If you’re not inclined to be involved but would like an evening of great local entertainment then watch out for the advertisements for our productions which are always performed over the last weekend of January/first weekend in February.
We look forward to seeing you.

ASPS Ethos Statement
The society aims to provide entertainment and lift the spirits during the long winter months. There are no set, classic scripts in pantomime – it’s a tradition that is constantly evolving – so there’s always room for something fresh and exciting, and at All Saints we pride ourselves in creating our own original ‘home-grown’ scripts and productions while respecting the accepted conventions of the art. Oh yes we do! We offer a variety of opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to express and develop their creative talents, not just treading the boards, but also off-stage by getting involved with scenery, lighting, make-up, music, front-of-house, wardrobe, script-writing – you name it. We aim to be self-supporting and whenever possible to raise funds for charities, especially local ones, and we hope to promote friendship, community spirit and fun!

Goldilocks (Jan/Feb 2020)
Fabulous audiences all three nights, and a great response. Thanks to everyone involved for their great efforts and dedication. We think we know who stole the magic honeypot now, though the town crier is still bemused.
Mother Goose (Jan/Feb 2019)
A big thank you to all those who managed to get to see our three performances of Mother Goose despite the difficult weather conditions. You seemed to enjoy it. Oh, yes you did! In fact we think we can count it as a resounding success!
ASPS Summer Social event 2018:
The pantomime society picnic held on Sunday 19th August was a great success – a good time was had by all and thanks to everyone who came along.
