I say Holmes, I’m planning on recounting one of your most excellent adventures at the All Saints Village Hall.
On Friday the 11th and Saturday 12th September – starting at 7pm, I’m going to tell our audience about your heroic struggle against your nemesis – Professor Moriarty. Who will be one step ahead at the end of my tale?
Inevitably, I will play down my part in the adventure as it always seems to be you who wants to steal the limelight. But regardless, companions we are – and companions we will remain.
So to my audience I say – “Please come along and chuckle at how clever Sherlock Holmes is and laugh out loud at how much of a ninny I can be. I’ve even been told that refreshments will be available to purchase just in case you develop a thirst during my
ramblingsstory telling. See you there (provided you remember to buy a ticket by clicking the poster!)”
