Some of you may have been experiencing problems trying to access either one of our websites – both are affected. There is a known issue on our hosting platform which has meant numerous (many) outages overnight and during the day going back a few days.
Rest assured the hosting company are on the case and formulating mitigation and remediation plans.
If you see an error such as “Host unreachable” or similar – then that will be the cause. Additionally, the page load performance is highly compromised, meaning pages might take a long time to load.
