Hello everyone,
Yes, it’s the return of that old favourite, the traditional crime of breaking into cars and outbuildings and nicking your power tools (and probably anything else that might have value too). A classic case of what goes round, comes round but, nevertheless, a gentle reminder about staying secure and marking your equipment – if I get notification of the below mentioned property marking sessions, I’ll pass that on too.
Now, where did I leave that roll of razor wire… ?
Thanks,
Michael

Power Tool Thefts
Over the past two weeks there has been a spate of vehicle and shed break ins, where power tools have been stolen. Following this, there will be targeted proactive patrols conducted by Police of Rural areas.
We want to urge people to consider marking their tools and equipment. The Neighbourhood Team will be arranging property marking session in local areas. The dates and times will be published in due course.
f you have any footage of potential suspects, then please contact 101 online or via phone. We are specifically looking at overnight on 22/03/2025 and 26/03/2025.
