Here is a short message from the Parish Council’s Pavilion Working Group.
Some of you may be aware that the Old Cricket Pavilion is having some work done to it over the next few months.
Amongst other things, one of the internal walls is being removed to make the inside space much more usable. This is the start of a longer term plan to turn our pavilion into a fantastic space for hosting events including our Pop-Up Pub and our Coffee Mornings.
The works mean that these two events will now be suspended until further notice. They have now been removed from our web calendar, but will resume when it’s safe to do so; Realistically, this is likely to be in the spring of 2026.
We will keep you posted and may even ask for volunteer help. Watch this space!
