Hello, you may recall a week or so ago, Ricky and Jonny were embroiled in a bit of a mystery. They found an old rusty film can with what looks like a date on it… 1940. Their challenge was to open the can and see what (if anything) was inside.
And open it they did. Inside the can was a reel of film in remarkably good condition. All that was needed was something to show it on.
“I know,” said Ricky, “…in my loft is something that might fit the bill. It’s a projector my lovely old dad left to me. ” So Jonny set about giving the projector a bit of a spruce up, made it safe and tested it.
Wow! You’d NEVER believe what the film showed. And VERY TIMELY considering the special anniversary that’s happening soon.
All the boys have to do now is to get the film in a format suitable for publishing. I’m sure they’ll work it out in time and maybe even share it with you – dear reader.
