The Parish Council, with the support of the Village Hall committee (and the local elves) have decided that the hall needs a bit of Christmas bling to warm our hearts over Christmas.
So there will be a Christmas Tree installed on the canopy over the front doors to the hall, bedecked with lights.
And of course, lights need to be “switched on” ! So there will be a switching on ceremony on Monday, 9th December at 5pm in the car park at the hall.
Come along and enjoy the start of the festivities… and you never know – there may even be a special appearance or two! Watch this space.
PS. If anyone is confused – there are NO elves on the Parish Council or the Village Hall committee.
