Located in the picturesque villages of All Saints, Alston, Churchill, Smallridge, Coaxdon, South Common, and Waggs Plot, in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty of the Blackdown Hills, near Axminster, Devon.

The Parish Council itself is made up of 5 local residents who hold on open meeting for the villagers to attend on a regular basis.
The meetings are held in the Village Hall, and if you have an issue in the Parish that you are concerned about, or an idea you would like to share with us, then please let us know.
Either attend one of the meetings, or phone a Councillor or the Clerk.
The Parish Council is the voice of the parish to local and ultimately central government, if we don’t know what you want then we cannot speak for you.
